I started Rize because I’ve always believed care should feel human first. Too often, people feel overlooked or rushed through the system. I wanted to create something different a space where professionalism meets compassion and where every person is treated with dignity and respect.
Throughout my career in healthcare, I’ve spent years working with the elderly population and somewhere along the way, it became more than just work. Caring for older adults grew into a true passion and a special place in my heart.
My background in healthcare has taught me that real change happens when you listen, show up consistently, and lead with heart.
